FEATURES:
The versatile tooling system allows complex
components to be finished in one operation. The tooling
design almost eliminates interference problems allowing
the full compliment of tools to be utilized.
The central lubrication system forces lubricating
oil to all sliding surfaces and ballscrews ensuring a
long and trouble free service life.
Both spindles are cartridge type, pre-assembled
and factory sealed, requiring no maintenance or lubrication.
The complete spindle assembly is dynamically balanced
after assembly to eliminate spindle vibration.
